Visit the Poetic Earth Month “art gallery” and be enchanted by the imagination of Linnea Tobias—from ravens to blue rabbit, songbirds to cranberry-plum dahlia.
Linnea Tobias is inspired by her daily walks, where she lives in Spokane, Washington. Influenced by textile design, she uses watercolor and acrylic paint, combining collage and texture with abstract forms and patterns. An artist for many years, she's also worked with monotypes, oil, pastel, jewelry, and ceramics. She has a BA in fine art from The Evergreen State College in Olympia, WA, and studied painting, art history and printmaking at The Aegean Center for the Fine Arts in Paros, Greece, as well as graphic design and ceramics at Humboldt State University. Prints are available for purchase at Linnea's Etsy.
